Taste oysters, local delicacies and get wine and bubbly recommendations. There is free admission to the oyster market. At the Ribe Oyster Festival you can join the oyster workshop. Here you can learn to open oysters, learn all about topping, taste exciting preparations, try grilling oysters and much more. Market with sales of delicacies, drinks and oysters. It is also possible to buy oysters to take home.
On Saturday evening, the chefs work their magic at The great oyster dinner. An evening with gastronomic experiences, both for those who love oysters and for those who have not yet reached that point. There are also other delicacies on the menu than oysters. The dinner is served at Hotel Dagmar, which is a few min. walk from your holiday apartment.
Join the guides out to the large oyster banks and taste oysters in their right element. The tours can be purchased together with your stay.The tours take place on 21.+ 22. March at 9.30 am. Price per pers. € 55.
